Well, today I did something that I wanted to do since the beginning of this project, but realized early on that it would be way too much work. A piece by piece video. Since todays section was only 47 pieces, I figured that it might be a little bit easier to swing. As I was getting the pieces, putting them down one at a time, and taking single pictures, I realized that I was absolutely right in my initial decision. It was way too much work. Even though the product is neat in it's own way, it really is overkill. I think that I am going to stick to just daily pictures from now on.
If you frequent the blog, you might have noticed that I got rid of one of the gages and replaced it with a stats table. I did this because I like stats! Thank heavens for google docs, it makes it super easy to make an excel-like spread sheet and then embed the product anywhere you want. So hopefully it makes keeping track of how the project is going whenever you stop by.
Lastly for today, things are going pretty well with life and work. Crit isn't exactly going as planned, but we are getting through it a little bit at a time. Swings has been a little bit crazy as far as seeing Amanda goes, but we have been enjoying our weekend mornings together. Also every once in a while when the plant is shutdown I get to come home a little early to hang out. Maybe today will be one of those days. Alright, speaking of work, I'm off.
